8. Warranty

  • Refurbished products sold on lalwani.in come with a 30-day replacement guarantee as described in our Return Policy
  • Extended manufacturer warranty, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the individual product listing
  • Warranty claims for manufacturer warranty must be raised directly with the manufacturer as per their terms
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or damage caused by misuse after delivery

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may raise a return/replacement request after delivery
  • Prepaid order cancellations (before dispatch) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
