This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on lalwani.in are processed, shipped, and delivered across India. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Each product undergoes a basic quality check before dispatch. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We ship to most serviceable locations across India. Shipping availability depends on courier partner coverage and pin code eligibility. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified before order confirmation.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹500
- Orders below ₹500 — shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment
- No hidden charges — final shipping cost is always shown before you pay
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch
- Express Delivery (fully prepaid orders, select cities): 24–48 hours after dispatch
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
5. Courier Partner
We ship through Shiprocket and its associated courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.) depending on your location and order type.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via SMS or email. You can track your shipment at: https://www.shiprocket.in/shipment-tracking/
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select locations only
- COD availability will be confirmed at checkout
- For high-value COD orders (above ₹5,000), a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the shipment — this will be communicated before order confirmation
- COD is not available on orders below ₹500
8. Doorstep Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address, pin code, and phone number are correct. Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or customer unavailability may result in the order being returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
9. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeline, please follow these steps:
- Check your shipment status using the tracking ID provided
- Contact us at Info@lalwani.in or +91 96708 23456 with your order number
- We will coordinate with our courier partner and resolve the issue within 48 working hours
10. Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives visibly damaged due to transit, please do not accept the delivery. Take a photo or video and report it to us within 24 hours of delivery at Info@lalwani.in. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
11. Policy Updates
Lalwani Computers reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
